Some wounds don’t bleed.
They hide behind forced smiles, whispered apologies, and gaslit hearts.
I’ve been there.
Before I found my happily ever after, I spent years wondering if I was ever “enough.” I know the pain of betrayal, the confusion of manipulation, and the silence of suffering.
Watching that viral moment at the Coldplay concert… my heart didn’t go to the cameras or the crowd.
It went straight to the wife.
To feel that kind of emotional betrayal—on a public stage, in front of the world—is a kind of pain that lingers in the bones.
The gut-punch of knowing someone you trusted didn’t choose you when it counted most.
I wouldn’t wish that kind of heartbreak on anyone.
As a nurse, I’ve seen how emotional abuse affects every part of a person—from blood pressure to broken spirit.
As an author, I write fiction grounded in truth.
Because so many of us carry wounds that no one can see.
You are not crazy.
 You are not alone.
You are worthy of real love.
🕯️Healing starts with truth.
🕊️Freedom begins with one hard, brave step.
Take care of yourself <3Â
